REMOVING THE VALVE ASSEMBLY
IMPORTANT NOTE: Turn off the lateral mainline valve
to the sprinkler before replacing the rotor valve.
Required Tools: Flat-head screwdriver; snap-ring
pliers
NOTE: Remove the internal assembly, as shown on
page 8, and remove any water remaining in the case
before removing the valve.
Push down on top of the valve with
the blunt end of a hammer or
screwdriver to relieve any pressure
on the valve.
Insert the snap-ring pliers into the
case and grasp the top snap ring.
Pull up to release the snap ring and
remove it from the case. Remove the
second snap ring in the same way.
Lift out the valve with the snap-ring
pliers.
REMOVING / INSTALLING THE TOP
SERVICEABLE ROCK SCREEN AND
REPLACEABLE VALVE SEAT
Required Tools: Installation Socket (P/N: 211619-01)
3/8" Socket Drive or 3/8" Speed Wrench; Drive
Extension
Attach the installation socket to the
socket drive/drive extension. Insert
the installation socket and socket
drive/drive extension assembly into
the case. Align the installation socket
to the slots on the top serviceable
rock screen. Twist the Drive
Extension counter-clockwise to
remove the rock screen and
clockwise to install the rock screen.

RETIRO DEL ENSAMBLAJE DE LA VALVULA
NOTA IMPORTANTE: Cierre la valvula lateral de la
línea principal que va al rotor antes de reemplazar la
valvula del aspersor.
Herramientas Necesarias: Desarmador de punta
plana; pinzas para los anillos retenedores
NOTA: Quitar el ensamblaje interno, como se muestra
en la página 8 y sacar cualquier residúo de agua
restante adentro del casco antes de sacar la valvula.
QUITAR / INSTALAR EL CEDAZO CON
SERVICIO EN LA PARTE SUPERIOR Y
REEMPLAZAR EL ASIENTO DE LA VALVULA
Herramientas Necesarias: Dispositivo de Instalación
(P/N: 211619-01), Dispositivo Conductor de 3/8" o una
llave de matraca de 3/8"; Extension Conductora

Presioné la parte superior de la
valvula con el lado sin filo de un
martillo o desarmador para sacar
cualquier presión de la valvula.
Meta las pinzas para el anillo
retenedor adentro del casco y agarre
las puntas del anillo retenedor. Jale
las pinzas para aflojar y sacar el
anillo retenedor del casco. Saque el
segundo anillo retenedor de la
misma forma.
Saque la valvula con las pinzas
para los anillos retenedores.
Adjunte el dispositivo de instalación al
dispositivo conductor o extensión
conductora. Meta el ensamblaje del
dispositivo de instalación, dispositivo
conductor y la extensión conductora
adentro del casco. Alineé el dispositivo
de instalación a las ranuras del cedazo
con servicio en la parte superior. Giré la
extensión conductora en sentido contra
reloj para quitar el cedazo y en sentido
como las manecillas del reloj para
instalar el cedazo con servicio en la parte
superior.
