Quantities adequate for 2 portions.
Purification and detoxification
smoothie
1 green apple (ca. 80 g)
Juice of one lemon (approx. 20 g)
20 g kale
20 g celery
10 g coriander leaves
10 g linseeds
1 g ground cinnamon
300 g
cooled water
Peel the apple and cut into pieces.
Cut celery into pieces.
Put all ingredients in the blender attach-
ment and blend until the drink is thick
and creamy.
Energy drink
240 g low fat milk
½ banana (approx. 50 g)
30 g sugar
20 g cocoa powder
Cut the banana into pieces and freeze
overnight.
Put all ingredients in the blender
attachment and blend.
Pea and apple baby food
100 g frozen peas
100 g frozen soya beans
1 apple (approx. 100 g)
220 g apple juice
Peel the apple, core and cut into pieces.
Put peas and soya beans in a colander
and rinse under running water.
Put apple, peas and soya beans in boiling
water. Boil for 3 minutes.
Put the boiled ingredients in a colander
and rinse under running water.
Then leave to cool down in the ice bath
for 3 minutes.
Put the boiled ingredients and the apple
juice in the blender attachment and blend
until the baby food is thick and creamy.
Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.

Creamy avocado baby food
1 apple or pear (approx. 100 g)
½ avocado (approx. 70 g)
50 g water
Peel the apple (or pear), core and cut into
pieces.
Put the pieces and a little water in a small
pan and cook slowly on a low flame until
the pieces of fruit are soft.
Peel the avocado, cut in half and remove
the stone. Cut into pieces.
Put the boiled fruit pieces and the avo-
cado in the blender attachment and blend
until the baby food is thick and creamy.
Amaretto butter cookies
220 g soft butter
240 g flour
200 g sugar
105 g almonds
1,5 g salt
1 egg
8–12 g amaretto liqueur
6 g finely grated orange peel
Chop up the almonds in the grinder
attachment on setting for 20 seconds.
Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until
a smooth mixture is formed.
Add the egg yolk, salt, amaretto and
orange peel and mix thoroughly.
Then add the flour and mix thoroughly.
Distribute the dough evenly on an
ungreased baking tray (approx.
25 x 40 cm, non-stick).
Beat the egg white until frothy and
distribute over the dough.
Distribute the almonds evenly over
the beaten egg whites.
Put the baking tray into a preheated
oven (150 °C).
Bake for approx. 45 minutes until the
cookies are golden brown.
Take the baking tray out of the oven
and cut the cookies into squares (approx.
5x5 cm) while they are still warm.
