9 Maintenance
Only allow qualified personnel to do mainte-
nance, repair and cleaning work!
DANGER! Danger of death!
When working on electrical equipment, there is
a risk of a fatal shock.
• Only allow an electrical installer approved by the
local electricity supplier to work on electrical
equipment.
• Before working on electrical equipment, switch
it off and prevent it from being switched on
again.
• Follow the installation and operating instruc-
tions for the pump, level control and other
accessories!
DANGER! Risk of suffocation!
Toxic or health-hazardous substances in sewage
shafts can lead to infections or suffocation.
• Only work in a pump shaft when another person
is present outside the pump shaft.
• Always wear protective clothing, mouth protec-
tion and gloves when working.
We recommend that the system is serviced and
checked by Wilo customer service in accordance
with EN12056 part 4.
10 Faults, causes and remedy
Only allow faults to be remedied by qualified
personnel! Follow the safety instructions in
Maintenance.
• Follow the installation and operating instructions
for the pump, level control and other accessories.
• If faults cannot be remedied, get in touch with a
specialist or Wilo customer service or an Wilo
agent.
11 Spares
Spares are ordered via the local specialist and/or
Wilo customer service.
To avoid queries and incorrect orders, please indi-
cate all the type plate details when ordering.
