folgende Arbeit erst aus, nachdem Sie den Netzschalter ausgeschaltet und sich vergewissert haben, daß
der Motor vollkommen stillsteht.

1) Loosen air cylinder lock nut 1 to adjust the stop position
of the air cylinder. Then the stitch tightness at the time
of the short stitch can be adjusted.

When the air cylinder is protruded on the right-hand side,
the amount of the revolutions of the thread take-up is
increased and the thread tightness is increased.
(Commendable adjustment position is the position where
top end 2 of the air cylinder comes in contact with SS
thread take-up lever 3 at the returning position.)
When the amount of the revolutions of the
thread take-up lever is excessively large,

sewing troubles such as stitch skipping and
the like are apt to occur. Adjust the amount
of the revolutions to the necessary minimum.

1）エアシリンダ止めナット1をゆるめエアシリンダの
止め位置を調整することにより、ショートステッチ
時の糸締まりを調整することができます。
※ エアシリンダを右側に突出させると、天びん回転量
が増加し糸締まりがより強くなります。
（推奨調整位置は、 戻り位置でエアシリンダ先端2が
SS 天びん 3 に接する位置です。 ）
レバー回転量が大きすぎると、目飛びなどの
縫い不良が発生しやすくなりますので、必要
最小限の回転量に調整してください。

Wenn der Luftzylinder auf der rechten Seite vorsteht,
erhöht sich der Drehzahlbetrag des Fadenhebels, und
die Fadenfestigkeit nimmt zu.
(Es wird empfohlen, die Einstellung so vorzunehmen,
dass das obere Ende 2 des Luftzylinders an der
Rückkehrposition mit dem SS-Fadenhebel 3 in
Berührung kommt.)
Bei übermäßig großem Drehzahlbetrag des
Fadenhebels erhöht sich die Wahrscheinlichkeit,
Vor sicht
dass Nähstörungen, wie Stichauslassen und
dergleichen, auftreten. Stellen Sie den
Drehzahlbetrag auf den notwendigen Minimalwert
ein.
