Level line should be
parallel to the ground.
If not, re-adjust level.

1. Route the vehicle lap belt through both lap belt
guides on the carrier.
2. Buckle the vehicle belt.
3. Push the carrier toward the back of the vehicle seat
while pulling on the loose portion of the lap belt or
feeding the excess vehicle belt into the lap belt
retractor to tighten the carrier.
