AIRCRAFT INSTALLATION
This child restraint is certified for aircraft use when installed without the
base. Be sure to contact your airline prior to travel to discuss their child
restraint policy.
When installing this child restraint on an airplane, use the "Carrier Only
Install with Lap Belt Only" instructions on pg. 62.
Important Items to Note:
• Make sure that the aircraft seat is fully upright before installation.
• Make sure that the aircraft buckle doesn't interfere with the belt
guides on the infant carrier.
• Install this child restraint in a window seat to avoid blocking the aisle.
• Ask for a seat belt extender if the lap belt is too short.
• DO NOT use base with aircraft installation. Only the carrier is certified
for aircraft use.
