For connection of radio, a airswitch-block or a BOTTOM SAFETY EDGE DEVICE 8.2 kOhm
Take out TS basic module.
• Take TS basic module out of terminal block X8.
• Plug module TS4-2 into terminal block X8
(observe coding slit).
Closing edge safety device 8.2 kOhm
• Plug jumper X6 upon PIN 1 and 2.
• Lay cores of closing edge safety device to the terminals 9 and
10 or connector block X4.
Airswitch without testing
• Plug jumper X6 upon PIN 2 and 3.
• Lay cores of airswitch to the terminals 5 and 6 of connector
block X4.
Airswitch with testing
• Plug jumper X6 upon PIN 2 and 3.
• Lay cores of airswitch to the terminals 5 and 6 of connector
block X4.
• Switch before limit CLOSE is to be set in a way that it reacts
some centimeters before reaching the final position CLOSED.
• The door has to touch the floor, that the airswitch gives
impulse to the control unit.
In case the impulse is not given, red LED is glowing.
Next downward travel is made by press and release operation.
Error messages can be deleted by switching off the control.
Function of jumper X7
• Select function STOP (1+2) or STOP / OPEN (2+3) upon
activating BOTTOM SAFETY EDGE DEVICE 8.2 kOhm or the
airswitch.
Plug TS4-2 into the terminal block X8
(coding slit according to the marking
on circuit board).
