IMPORTANT: Do not use excess
water, soap and/or degreaser.
This can obstruct the flow of gas
to burners.
Note: If your range is equipped with
a STAINLESS STEEL COOKTOP, use a
soft pad in the direction of the steel
grain.
Recommendation: To maintain the
cooktop in optimum conditions,
clean it AFTER EACH USE according
with the cleaning instructions above.
Control knobs
Knobs are removable to make
cleaning easier.
Make sure knobs are cool
1
and pull them out.
Use mild soap and water.
2
Let the knobs air dry before
3
replacing them.
Notes:
Never wash the knobs when they
are hot.
Avoid the use of abrasive pads, use
instead plastic pads.
Never leave the knobs soaking in
water.
Grates
Grates should be washed regularly
and of course after spills; wait until
the temperature decreases. Wash
them with soap and hot water, rinse
with clear water, dry with a cloth. Do
not replace them while they are wet.
To get rid of burned-on food, soak
them in a solution of water with a
mild liquid cleanser.
Use liquid soap without abrasives.
Cooktop burners
Burner holes must be kept clean to
obtain a good ignition and even
flames.
Wash them regularly and especially
after spills, which can obstruct the
burner holes.
