OPERATION

Device to be operated in a perfect state only. Inspect the device visually every time it is to be used.
Check in particular the safety equipment, electrical controls, electric cables and screwed connection
for damage and if tightened properly. Replace any damaged parts before operating the device.
15.1

Operation instructions

Perform all machine settings with the machine being

disconnected from the power supply!
Never switch the machine on while pressing the blade against the
material!
Start cutting only when the saw blade has reached the appropriate
speed!
Keep an eye on vibrations, unusual noises and movements. Stop
operation when abnormalities immediately!
Never remove debris and other parts of the workpiece during saw
blade is running
The workpiece must be pressed firmly against the circular pan and
the mitre gauge in all operations.
Do not hold the workpiece with your hands near the blade.
The circular pan must be properly secured and must not move during
operation.
The locking knob must be tightened during mitre cuts. Always check
before starting the cut!
Handle securely hold! The handle moves when starting up slightly up
or down.
Guide the workpiece always on the rip fence.
Check always the fixation of the work table before starting.
Use to protect hands and fingers always the safety push stick during
cuts less than 300mm.
Check the right setting and the kerf thickness before starting.
Slide the workpiece never jerky or too fast.
Do not twist or bend the workpiece.
If the saw blade jams in the workpiece, turn off the machine
immediately, disconnect it from the power supply and rid the saw
blade
