1. Remove the screws (A) that secure the cassette to the pallet.
4.7 Installation
When loosened from the pallet, the cassette is now ready to
be installed in a suitable surround.
If no outside air connection is needed, and there is easy access
in the surround above the cassette, the cassette can ble placed
into the surround. Install the fl ue pipe with or without adaptor (fi g
4/5), and then install the cassette in the surround (fi g 13b+15).

1. Pull off the protective paper from the supplied gasket and
attach it to the bottom of the fl ue pipe, folding both inwards
and outwards around the pipe.
2. Insert the fl ue pipe into the smoke outlet.

1. Pull off the protective paper from the supplied gasket and
attach it to the bottom of the adaptor. The gasket should
follow the outer edge.

1. Place the adaptor into the smoke outlet.
2. Turn the adaptor until it is fi rmly attached in the smoke
outlet.
3. Pull off the protective paper from the supplied gasket and
attach it to the bottom of the fl ue pipe, folding both inwards
and outwars around the pipe.
4. Insert the fl ue pipe into the adaptor.
5. Tighten the screws on both sides of the adaptor.
The product can now be installed in the surround, with a narrow
or wide frame (see fi g 13b and 15).
Installation with limited access inside the
surround
If there is limited access above the product in the surround
during assembly, the smoke outlet can be installed from inside
the burn chamber. The adaptor is then attached to the fl ue pipe
in the surround, and later attached to the burn chamber from
the inside, when the cassette is in place.
Start by removing the baffl e plate and exhaust defl ector (see
fi g 37-39).
