Controls lock function
From any operating mode, press simultaneously the
seconds until the icon appears.
To unlock, press again simultaneously for 5 seconds on the
disappears.
NOTE - When the product is in LOCK mode, the ON/OFF key and therefore the switch off
function is still operational.
NOTE - Switching the product off does not cancel the lock in progress, so when restarting, the
product remains in LOCK mode.

This function integrated into the heater is intended to reduce the energy consumption linked to
the opening of a window on a colder environment, when the device is in comfort mode, comfort
(-1), comfort (-2) or economy. It allows to automatically detect a room temperature drop, where
the device is installed, and switch it in frost-free mode. Detection operates by observing a drop
in temperature.
NOTE - Pressing the
cancel this action and switch the product in the previous set operating mode.
This function is displayed through the
menu, the icon is always shown on the display. When the function is activated following a drop
in temperature in the room, the window icon flashes once each second.
This function can only work when the electronic control has analyzed the operation of the radia-
tor for at least two hours after being switched on or after the last adjustment made by the user.
In order to work correctly the radiator must be installed near a window. Cold air currents other
than those due to opening of the window or other sources may compromise proper operation.
The electronic control does not recognize opening the window unless there is a real cold air flow
from the outside. During midseasons or summer, this function cannot work as intended.
