Changing the hydraulic oil
• Remove the base plate
• Remove the side cover
• Remove the drain plug (A)
• Drain off oil
• Remove old oil filter (B)
• Apply oil to sealing ring on new oil filter
• Mount a new oil filter
• Mount the drain plug (A)
• Mount the base plate
• Remove the oil level plug (C)
• Bring the machine into a horizontal
position.
• Remove the filling and air ventilating
screw (D)
Attention: Do not disconnect ventilation
valve from the screw-in nipple (press-fit)
• Pour oil into opening at the filling and air
ventilation screw until level (E) is reached
• Mount the filling and air ventilating
screw (D)
• Mount the oil level plug (C)
• Let the engine idle for approx. 2 minutes
• Slowly drive the machine forwards and
backwards
• Turn off the engine
• Remove the oil level plug (C) and check
the oil level (E), top up if necessary
• Mount the oil level plug (C)
• Mount the side cover
Oil level check
• Normal oil level (E)
1) Flat fuse: 15 A
