When pressed for a longer interval, buttons +/- enable automatic increase/decrease of the selected parameter. If button +/- is
pressed for more than 3 seconds, the automatic increase/decrease speed is increased.
When the button + or – is pressed, the selected value is modified and saved immediately on the permanent memory
(EEprom). Unit shutdown in this phase, even if inadvertent, does not cause loss of the set parameter.
The SET button is only used to exit the current menu and is not used to save any changes. Only in some special
cases described in 6 some values are implemented by pressing "SET" or "MODE"
