SPAS have been designed in accordance with the regulations established by the IEC . SPAS are also

reviewed during the entire manufacturing process by means of exhaustive technical controls to guar-
antee maximum quality and full user safety . SYSTEM-POOL declines any responsibility for the non-
compliance of any of the indications contained in our manuals .
PRIOR ELECTRICAL CONDITIONS
* The electrical installation in the area must comply with the regulations in force in each
country .
* According to electrical safety regulations, the SPA must be connected to an omnipolar
switch (see diagram) with a space between contacts of at least 3 mm ., which must be in-
stalled to meet the electrical safety regulations for bathrooms and bearing in mind the protec-
tion and prohibition areas close to the SPA . This switch must be compatible with the SPA's
voltage and current . When not in use, it is recommended that the SPA be disconnected .
* The accessible metal parts outside the SPA (heating, water, gas installations, etc .) are to be connected to the
unipotential earth contact .
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Electrical connections should always be hooked up in accordance with the regulations governing electrical
installations, and they should be permanently connected to a fixed electrical wiring system . Furthermore, the
SPA should be connected to a line with a maximum differential of 0 .03A and a proper magnetothermal device .
The SPA's earth connection should be safely and securely hooked up .
Before connecting the SPA to the mains, check to ensure that the power supply voltage and frequency are the
same as those stated on the SPA's specifications plate . Our SPAS come equipped with a set of connection
terminals marked as follows: "N" neutral, "L" line and the " " symbol for the earth connection . The SPA's
power cable that is connected to the mains should be a H07VV-F, H07RN-F, H07RR-F, H05VV-F, H05RN-F
or H05RR-F type cable . It is convenient if the earth cable is longer than the other two . Leave the proper length,
as it is important to prevent the cable from entering in contact with sharp edges or hot parts of the SPA . The
hook-up of connections should be performed by qualified personnel . The SPA is equipped with a terminal for
a equipotential hook-up, which is located near the electrical box and marked with the " " symbol .
- Never attempt to manipulate the SPA's electrical components when it is hooked up to the mains .
