Unscrew the cap on the end of the oil drain hose by turning counter-
clockwise to begin draining oil.
NOTE: The engine is equipped with either a plastic twist-off or metal square
head cap. Refer to Figure 18 insets.
NOTE: Tip the mower back slightly to help drain the oil from the engine.

After the oil has finished draining, screw the cap back onto the end of the oil
drain hose. See Figure 18 inset.

Position the hose back over the deck, then press the hose back into place on
the deck. See Figure 18.
2.
Refill the engine with new oil. Refer to the Engine Operator's Manual for
information regarding the volume and weight of engine oil.
