Your skillet is constructed of the highest quality stainless steel and features the Eterna
system by Whitford - the newest, most advanced nonstick technology. The body is constructed
from a single layer of 18/10 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. The lid is made
from tempered glass rimmed in stainless steel. It's designed to take the heat and allow you to
easily check your food. Our nonstick surface is environmentally friendly and does not use PFOA
(Perfluorooctanoic acid) in the manufacturing process.
The Culinario Series Healthy Electric Skillet's elegant design makes it an ideal serving dish for
entertaining as well. Cook and serve in the same pan to cut down on clean up! Just remove the
temperature control probe and the skillet is ready to bring to the table.
This manual contains instructions for the use of your new electric skillet. Please read all the
instructions before first use.
Basic safety precautions should always be followed when using electrical appliances, including
the following:

• Use only the parts and components packaged with your Culinario Series
Skillet.
• Important: Read all instructions carefully before first use.
• Do not use if lid is cracked.
• Do not operate if the cord is frayed or wires are exposed.
• To avoid the possibility of the electric skillet being accidentally pulled off cooking surface,
which could result in damage to the skillet or in personal injury, do not let cord hang over
edge of table or counter.
• Do not connect electric skillet to more than one extension cord and do not connect other
appliances to the extension cord when in use with this unit.
