BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Read all instructions and important safeguards.
2. Remove all packaging materials and make sure components are received in good condition.
3. Discard all plastic bags, as they can pose a risk to children.
4. Wash the lid and electric skillet in warm, soapy water and vinegar. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Your electric skillet can be submerged in water. See full instructions about how to clean.
5. Do not wash the temperature control probe.
6. Season the pan by lightly rubbing vegetable oil onto the nonstick surface with a soft paper or
cloth towel and set temperature dial to setting #3 (300°F) and heat for 2-3 minutes. Now you
can begin cooking.
NOTE:
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, bleach or cleaners with bleach.
• Do not immerse the temperature control probe in water or any liquid at any time.
