INSTALLATION
Unless otherwise specified, all measurements are expressed
in millimetres (mm).
-
OLLY M is prepared for righthand opening (fig. 2).
For lefthand opening (fig. 3): remove the casing [7]; remove
the actuator [1] from the support container [6]; disassem-
ble the wheel unit [5]; turn the actuator through 180° [1];
assemble the wheel unit [5];
-
Dismantle the door wing and fix the belt connection brac-
ket [9] so that subsequent height adjustment of the belt is
possible (fig. 6-9).
-
Secure the belt to the bracket [9] on the opening side of
the door wing.
-
Fit the door wing and fix the OLLY M support container [6]
as shown in fig. 8 and 9.
-
Based on the opening direction, introduce the belt into the
actuator as indicated in fig. 4 and 5.
Note: the stroke of the door must be limited by suitable stops.
-
Introduce and fix the actuator [1] with the wheel unit [5] in
the previously fixed OLLY M support container [6] on the
opening side of the door wing.
-
Fix the belt on the belt connecting bracket [9] on the closing
side of the door and tension it correctly.
Warning: in order to operate correctly, the belt should not be too
taught and must be levelled in regards to the wheel unit [5].
-
Manually move the door and make sure that it moves
freely and that the belt moves without resistance. Make
any possible adjustments on the door, the belt connection
bracket [9] or the wall fixing screws.
Warning: check that there is at least 20 mm between the wheel
unit [5] and the belt connection bracket [9] with the door com-
pletely open or closed.
-
Fix the casing [7] to the actuator by means of the supplied
velcro. The casing can be fitted in 2 ways as illustrated in
fig. 9.
