CALIBRATE—Sets the relay to on during calibration.

STARTUP—Sets the relay to on during the startup cycle.
GRAB SAMPLE—Sets the relay to on during grab sample measurement.
MARK END OF MEASURE—Sets the relay to on for 1 second at the end of each
measurement cycle.
