A . Read carefully and keep well all the information along with
the product. Comprehensively understand use and note of the
machine.
B.3D Aligner is precise instrument, which should be used by
special person.
C.Computer is special for the equipment, other software
or hardware are not allowed to install, All the programs in
Computer are not allowed to delete or modify.
D.Requirement for power source:
1.The product apply to single phase AC220V 50HZ power
source，Lowvoltage or high voltage may cause instability and
even broken. it is better to use voltage stabilizer and UPS.
2.Must use three core plug and socket with ground protection
to ensure personal safety and equipment stability.
3.After turn off 3D aligner, please turn off the power source to
avoid harm to the equipment from the grid peak.
4.Special note: The power equipment connected the product
must accord to national electrical standard, such as no
overload, circuit security etc.,. Or it will damage the product. Our
company will not be responsible for the problems.
5.Don't connect or disconnect the lines of the products when
power source doesn't turn off.
E.Environment Requirement:
1.The product apply to the temperature 0-40 ℃ If temperature
exceed the range, The machine may not work well. Please take
measure to keep the operating temperature.
2. Pay attention to heat radiation in operation. Don't place
the computer near heat source or under sunlight ； Keep the
machine around the well ventilated; do not make other objects
block the cooling holes of the host, monitor and other parts.
3. The workplace for 3D aligner should be damp-proof and anti-
corrosion, Humid environment will have a negative impact on
the computer.
Please use a non-woven fabric to wipe or use warm neutral
detergent. Once the water or other liquid poured onto the
computer, should immediately cut off the power. Clean with
alcohol when wiping.
4. Dust treatment ensure equipment clean and extend the life of
the machine.
5. Some parts of 3D aligner such as displays are more sensitive
to the magnet, do notplace the computer and the disk near the
magnet.

Installation distance:
F.Target plates:
1.Target plates should avoid disturbance from strong light
or sunlight. Or it can not
work properly.
2.Place target plates where is ventilated, dry, safe after
use.
3.The surface of the plates should be regularly cleaned
with a soft cloth.
4.Target plates must not be shocked,impacted or fallen to
avoid the damage to sensor components.
5.Don't disassemble and change original structural parts.
6.Make sure clamps are equipped on hub firmly with
rubber band as additional protection.
