Installation method
The installation steps are as follows:
Lay the upper and lower posts flat on the ground, connect them together, insert the cross beam into the fixing hole in the upper post,
and then secure them with screws. Then, properly erect the wheel aligner to the installation position by the hydraulic device jacking
and rotating method or other suitable lifting methods, and then install the foundation screws. (Note: The hydraulic device jacking and
rotating method is mainly used for the wheel aligner that is to be transported horizontally and installed vertically.)
Foundation requirements:
1. Drying period of concrete: 20 days.
2. Surface area of concrete: ≥ 1 m .
3. Thickness of concrete: > 200 mm.
4. Surface levelness of concrete: ≤ 2 mm.
