Aligning the Drive Tube
:
Line up the gearbox on the drive
tube so that the deflector (6) and the
rotor blades (7) are vertical and the
fixing lug (see arrow) on the drive
tube (2) points up.
: Tighten down the clamp screw
firmly.
Make sure the gearbox and
deflector are secure – they must not
rotate on the drive tube.

: Engage lug (1) on drive tube in
slot (2) in the coupling sleeve and
push home the drive tube as far as
stop.
:
When correctly installed, the red
line (3) (arrow point) must be flush
with the end of the coupling sleeve.
:
Tighten the wing screw (4) firmly.
Reverse the above sequence to remove
the drive tube.

Fitting the Harness

Shoulder strap and full harness
:
Put on the shoulder strap or harness
(1).
:
Adjust length until the springhook
(2) is at about the height of your
right hip with the unit attached.
