1. Drive Tube.
Encloses and protects drive shaft
between engine and gearhead.
2. Deflector.
The deflector is designed to reduce
the risk of injury from foreign objects
flung backwards toward the
operator by the cutting tool and from
contact with the cutting tool.
3. Blade "a".
The metal cutting tool for the
cultivator attachment, star shaped
with bent tines.
4 Blade "b".

5. Hub.
Cover that fits on the gear shaft and
holds the cultivator attachment's

blade in place.
6. Screw.
Hold the blade to the hub.

7. Washer.
Washer and spring clip hold pin in
position.

8. Pin.
Secures the blade to the shaft and
allows, together with spring clip,
easy removal and assembly of
blades on gear housing.
9. Spring clip.
Secures pin and allows easy
removal and assembly of bladeson
gear housing.
