A very hot nozzle may ignite desktops. Uncooled nozzles can only be placed on heat-resistant and fireproof surfaces.
The use of an incorrect or faulty nozzle may cause local overheating and damage the machine. Only the original nozzles of the machine
specified in the table may be used.
8. Operation Instructions
Always follow the safety instructions and applicable regulations.
Grip the tool with one hand and do not put the other hand over the air vent before operation.
Install the correct accessories.
Set the required air temperature.
8.1 On/Off
Set the switch to gear I/II/III to turn on the hot air gun. It is normal for the machine to release a small amount of smoke during the initial
startup.
To turn off the hot air gun, first adjust the temperature to the minimum, allow the machine to cool and then set the switch to 0. Move or
store the hot air gun only after it has completely cooled down.
8.2 Setting temperature and air flow
Set the switch to gear I/II/III according to the desired temperature and air flow, and the hot air gun will start beeping. Then adjust the
temperature via knob 4.
8.3 Paint removal
Install the appropriate accessories.
Set a higher air temperature.
Start the hot air gun.
Do not point the hot air gun at the paint to be removed.
After the paint has softened, remove it with the scraper.
Do not use this machine to remove stickers from windows with metal frames, as the heat will be transmitted to the glass, causing it to
shatter. A knife shall be used to remove stickers or other materials from window frames.
Do not aim the hot air gun at a fixed point for too long so as to prevent the surface from burning.
Prevent paint from concentrating on the scraper as it may ignite. If necessary, carefully remove the paint from the scraper with a knife.
8.4 Fixed mode
This tool may also be used in fixed mode.
Place the tool on the workbench.
Secure the power lines to prevent the tool from falling.
Carefully start the tool.
Make sure that the nozzle always points away from you and any bystanders.
Do not drop anything into the nozzle.
8.5 Cooling
During use, the temperature of the nozzle and other accessories will increase dramatically. Only move or store the tool after these parts
have completely cooled down.
To reduce the cooling time, adjust the temperature to the minimum and let it run for a few minutes.
Turn off the tool and let it cool for at least 30 minutes.
