Assemble the blender jar onto the motor unit (see section 'Using the appliance').

Precut the ingredients into pieces of 2x2x2cm.

Put the ingredients in the blender jar.

Blend the ingredients for 25 seconds (or longer for a finer result).
Note: If you want to prepare a larger quantity, let the appliance cool down to room temperature before
you process the next batch of ingredients.

180g soy beans (soaked)

500ml warm water

Soak the soy beans in fresh water for at least 4 hours until they are soft.

Process the soaked soy beans with 500ml warm water in the blender for approx 60 seconds
until you have obtained a smooth liquid.
Note: If you want to prepare a larger quantity, let the appliance cool down to room temperature before
you process the next batch of ingredients.
