Cut the galangal into slices of approx. 1cm.

Put all ingredients in the mill beaker.

Grind the ingredients for 30 seconds.

Cut the chillies and shallots into large pieces that fit into the chopper bowl.

Put the chillies, shallots and garlic in the chopper bowl.
