It performs two different functions:
1. Heat speed adjustment 1-2-3.
2. Heating phase Start/Stop.

Functions: 1. Reduced water flow
opening. 2. Normal water flow opening.
3. Water flow closure.

INDICATOR

(ELE): The indicator is subordina-
ted to use of the switch-on knob.
Lighting of the indicator signals the
operating phase.

1. Gate valve for draining water from
cooking compartment.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

STARTING PRODUCTION

Before proceeding with the opera-
tions, see chapters 2 and 5
Before proceeding with these
operations, see "Daily activation".
It is strictly forbidden to use
as a fryer.
The appliance must be used with
tap water inside the cooking
compartment. Any other use is
improper and therefore dangerous.
During operation the mini-
mum water level in the tank
must be 2 cm higher than the
support grid rack.
We recommend a ratio of: 10l
of water for 1kg of pasta. Use
fine kitchen salt (with pieces smal-
ler than 3 mm). Otherwise, dissolve the
salt in the recipient apart before introdu-
cing it in the cooking compartment.
Do not introduce salt in cold water
FILLING WATER / see SECT. IMA-

1. Make sure that the water drainage
gate valve is at the "Closed" position
(Fig. 1A).
2. Turn the water filling knob to the open
position and fill the tank to the level gau-
ge (Fig. 2-2A).
LIGHT
3. Then turn the knob to zero to stop the
flow of water.
While operating, the water level
inside the tank must remain within
the indicated limits.
