Hydraulic Oil Filling

There is 01 oil level visor on the hydraulic oil tank:
- The visor 01 (fig.1), is on the back of the milling machine.
Whenever the oil is below the MIN level, it is necessary to
refill the tank until the MAX level line on the visor. Open the
oil plug to fill the oil tank (A fig.1). After filling, close the oil
plug (A fig.1).
CHANGING THE HYDRAULIC OIL
It is necessary to change the hydraulic oil after the first 100
hours of operation and afterwards each 900 hours, proceed
as follows: Prepare a recipient for collection and draining
the used oil. Remove the filling plug (A fig.1) and the drain

plug (B fig.2) and drain the old oil.
The old oil must be discarded as stated in the local

environmental regulations.
Replace the drain plug (B fig.2) and begin filling the tank
with new oil, as recommended in the "Summarized
maintenance table".
When the oil reaches the MAX level on the visor, the filling is

concluded.
Replace the filling plug A.
