- Before using the machine, the operator must verify if there are no people behind it and/or around the
machine (working area), as it is necessary to stop the machine in cases of danger or damages.
- In cases of damages, the operator must immediately disconnect it from the power take-off, remove
the key from the ignition, get down from the tractor to verify the extend of the problem and perform any
eventual interventions on the machine, always after turning off the motor, removing the key from the
ignition and disassembling the driveshaft axle. In case, there are damages in the shielding covers of
the driveshaft, the operator must replace them immediately.
- The operator must not operate the machine in case he is not feeling well, sick, tired, drunk, or after
using strong medications of illicit drugs.
- The operator must check if the ingredients he intends to use for mixing does not contain any foreign
bodies (rocks, pieces of iron etc) which can cause damage to people, the machine, and consequently
the animals that will be fed.
- The machine must be operating inside the facilities of the customer/ company, on flat and solid
surfaces, with enough space for working in safe and good visibility conditions.
- The mixer wagon is normally operated during the day; exceptionally, it can be operated at nightime,
while using the lights from the tractor and from the customer/ company lighting installation.
- The operator, during the loading and mixing phases of the machine, he must wear (in case the tractor
does not have a closed cabin and without respiratory filter protection) a breathing filtered mask (dust-
protective mask) to protect against any eventual dust particles from the feed ingredients.
- Clean the machine, remove any eventual dried scraps or other products, after not being operated for
a few days, in order to eliminate the acidic humidity.

Prohibitions

Its is PROHIBITED to operate the machine for transporting people, animals, and/ or other
inappropriate objects.
Its is PROHIBITED to use the machine for lifting. The internal verification of the mixing bin must be
done using a rear protective grate (fig.1). Any type of other solution is prohibited!
It is PROHIBITED for anybody, while manually loading the machine to park in the barn above it.
It is PROHIBITED to enter the mixer bin when the wagon is hitched to the tractor or not.
It is PROHIBITED to park over silage material.
It is PROHIBITED to damage, change, or remove the shielding parts and the safety warning on the
machine.
It is PROHIBITED to perform any operations or maintenance or repairs on the machine when the
tractor motor is on and the driveshaft is coupled.
It is PROHIBITED to modify any part of the machine entirely or partially.
It is PROHIBITED to install any after-market replacement parts (See the GENERAL WARRANTY
CONDITIONS at the end of this manual.
