STARTING AND STANDARD REGULATION
NOTE: numbers shown below are referring to Fig. 1...7 chapter 6

Set switch (11) "HF ON/OFF", into position "0" or "1"
depending on the kind of TIG start you desire Lift-arc
or HF.

Turn ON the generator by turning the switch (10) in posi-
tion "1".
Warning! All the settings and the regulations are memorized
after the last welding is finished. They are shown once the
generator is restarted (including the number of programme
selected). In order to go back to the default setting, select
another programme and return to the one in use. In order to
memorize the new settings the memorizing programme pro-
cedure should be followed (See. Chap. 13 to Page 42).

1. After switching ON the
machine if a remote control
is connected to socket (3),
the digital display (43) will
show the kind of controls
that can be used.
2. If a FOOT remote control
is used, press push botton
(49 Up).
3. If a MANUAL remote con-
trol is used, press push bot-
ton (49 Down).
NOTE: by using the FOOT Remote control, the generator automa-
tically select the torch switch cycle 2 times (See Par. 10.4 to Page
23) and the PREGAS time changes to 0.
10.2
KEY USE (OPTIONAL)
By placing the key in this position the operator can
make all the possible adjustments.
Example: Modify the balance selected from the synergy
in mode TIG AC
By placing the key in this position the operator is only
able to:
a)
regulate the welding current.
b)
select the COLD WIRE cycle.
c)
select the ELECTRODE mode.
d)
change the JOBS.
The standard Generator is not supplied with keys. Thus it is
equipped in the configuration:
QUAD AC/DC SERIES
1. The key OPTIONAL loca-
ted in the back panel allows
the operator to adapt the
adjustments.
