Instruction Manual
12.
MIG/MAG SYSTEM – PULSE MIG, DOUBLE PULS MIG
It is based on the selection of MATERIAL, GAS, WIRE, which
allows a wide range of up to 400 programmes.
Within each programme it is possible to select the type of work:
STD: STANDARD wire and tension regulation
SYN: SYNERGIC regulation
PULS: PULSED SYNERGIC regulation
The first 10 programmes are USER programmes (specialy person-
alized). The remaining are default programmes. (Not personalized).
It is possible to memorize up to 9 jobs in each one of the pro-
grammes. Moreover, not only does it permit the typical memoriza-
tion of the job parameters, but also the memorization of all the data
related to the machine set up. This data goes from the command
2T, 4T, slope, timer, to the double pulsed parameters, the weld igni-
tion and the wire burning.
NOTE: to get the development of the personalized programmes it
is necessary to contact the assistant center to require the "UART
CLI development pack".
Warning! All the settings and the regulations are memorized
after the last welding is finished. They are shown once the
generator is restarted (including the number of programme
selected). In order to go back to the default setting, select
another programme and return to the one in use. In order to
memorize the new settings the memorizing programme pro-
cedure should be followed (See Chap. 13 to Page 42).
