4.3- Tractor coupling

The harvester can work coupled in the side,
rear or front positions of the tractor. The
coupling is carried out in the same way, that
is, using the three hydraulic lift points of the
tractor.
During coupling:
ƒ Make sure the tractor is braked.
ƒ Operate the tractor's three-point hydraulic
system slowly and carefully.
ƒ Never stand between the tractor and the
machine.
CAUTION!
Keep away from this dangerous area
(between tractor and machine) during
coupling. There is a risk of accident with
impact injuries and crushing in the event of
an involuntary movement of the machine
or the tractor.
The use of personal protective equipment
(PPE) is mandatory during this procedure.
IMPORTANT!
The side coupling is only available in
the 'with coupling arm' version.
Before coupling, check that the tractor's
power is compatible with the power
requested by the machine and that
the three-point hydraulic lift system
supports the weight of the harvester
(see the weight in the item 'TECHNICAL
CHARACTERISTICS' and the lifting
capacity in the operator's manual of
the tractor used).
NOTE!
The frame for side coupling is optional,
supplied on request, when purchasing
the machine.
