• The power supply switch is defective.
• The power supply cable is defective.
• The disc is bent.
• The disc is blunt or in poor condition.
• The plastic components are cracked or there are missing parts.
• The clamp is not properly tightened around the pipe or is warped.
• The guard cover or the cutting disc guard is damaged or has been removed from the
machine.
• The locking mechanisms do not work correctly (UNLOCK button).
• The pipe saw is wet.

Special safety instructions
• Do not force the power tool. Use the power tool that is appropriate for your specific
application. The correct power tool will do the work better and more safely, at the speed for
which it was designed.
• Do not use the power tool if the switch does not switch on and off. All power tools that
cannot can be controlled with the switch are dangerous and must be repaired immediately.
• Disconnect the plug from the power supply to the tool before making any adjustment,
changing accessories or putting it away. These preventive measures reduce the risk of the
power tool being started up accidentally.
• Keep stopped power tools out of the reach of children. Do not allow people that are not
familiar with the power tool or these instructions to use the tool. Power tools are dangerous
in the hands of untrained users.
• Maintenance of power tools. Revise the tools in search of misalignments or coupling of
moving parts, broken parts or any other defect that may affect the functioning of the power
tool. If the power supply cable is damaged, repair it before use. Many accidents are caused
by poorly kept power supply cables.
• Keep cutting edges sharp and clean. Cutting tools that are properly taken care of, with
sharpened edges, are less likely to jam, so they are easier to control.
• Use the power tool, the accessories, the components, etc. in accordance with these
instructions, taking into account the operational conditions and the work you are going to
perform. If you use the power tool for work other than the conventional tasks, this could
cause hazardous situations.
Note: For installation and assembly tasks, the appropriate personal protection equipment for each
operation must be used, as well as the specific tools for the work to be performed.
TCT cutting discs (tungsten carbide tip) are designed to cut steel, copper, aluminium and any type
of plastic. TCT discs can be sharpened.
Diamond cutting discs are designed to cut cast iron only. Diamond cutting discs cannot be
sharpened.
