WARRANTY
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
THE WARRANTY IS VALID IF IT IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS BELOW:
1.The warranty is applied to the Movement products only when:
1-1. The product has been purchased by the original buyer and with proof of original purchase (purchase invoice):
1-2. Has not been the object of: accidents, inadequate use or negligence, improper operation, poorly handled and used, transportation defects and inadequate storage,
maintenance in a way that differs from the specifications contained in the instructions guide, inappropriate servicing, or modifications not executed by Brudden,
1-3. The spare parts used were supplied by Brudden; 1-4 Complaints made during the warranty period.
2.This warranty does not cover damage or faults in equipments caused by errors in any basic and necessary maintenance as described in the guide.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
* Pieces with natural wear and tear and finished items in general, including, but not limited to the following: cowlings, decals, seat, foam supports, rubber or plastic coatings,
* Products repaired or modified through outsourcing, without prior written authorization by Brudden,
* Service call for product installation or instructions to the owners on how to use the product;
* Repairs performed in Movement products without the series number or with altered or damaged identification;
* Pick-ups and deliveries in relation to repairs,
* No service expense occurred after the services warranty period.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
33The service of the Brudden Limited Warranty can be obtained by contacting an authorized dealer or the one from whom the product was purchased.
The costs of any transportation of the product to any technical assistance including a technical visit made by an authorized Assistant, are paid by the purchaser, whether or not the
product is covered by this warranty.
The responsibility of this warranty is limited exclusively to repairs, modifications or replacements of the product that was supplied.
Brudden is not responsible for: damages or injuries to people, third parties, other equipment and facilities, lose of profits, or any incidental damages.
Brudden reserves the right to halt manufacture of its products without prior notice and/or modify the specifications and introduce improvements to products at any time, without
incurring the obligation to do the same to previously manufactured products.
