- Water connection
- For the models equipped with a humidifier you must complete the connection with the water mains by
inserting an isolating valve and run the connection with suitable pipes and fitting ¾.
- Safety devices
- The device is equipped with a thermal safety device that stops the power and must be manually reset
after having eliminated the cause of its intervention. Its access is located on the back of this product.
The verification of the functionality must be done by following the instructions in this manual, commenting
and explaining them to the user.
The maintenance of the equipment must be done by first switching the power off. Any intervention must be
carried out when the oven is cooled to avoid burns in the process.
The components that require intervention for replacement are accessible from the inside of the oven by
removing the protective grids fans, and from the outside by removing the back part and the lower cover.
Instructions for use
