3.2 SETTING THE TEMPERATURE

Pressing the INCREASE
or DECREASE
buttons immediately allows you to set the temperature
value (temperature range adjustable from 30°C to 260°C).
After a timeout of five seconds or by pressing the TIME
, HUMIDITY
or PHASES
buttons
(do not press the ON/OFF button
) the set value is confirmed and we are redirected to the actual
temperature in the cooking chamber (TEMPERATURE icon
flashing).
Once the data is confirmed, the visualization of the values on the display is fixed.

3.3 SETTING THE COOKING TIME

As described in section 2.2 SETTING THE COOKING TIME in the MANUAL cooking version.

3.4 SETTING THE HUMIDIFICATION AND MANUAL HUMIDIFICATION

With the card ON press the HUMIDITY button, the HUMIDITY
display (HUMIDITY icon
flashing
in red) shows the OFF value. Pressing the INCREASE
or DECREASE
button allows you to set
the desired humidity value.
Humidity range from OFF to 20%, 40%, 60%, 100%.
100% = water solenoid valve 6 seconds ON, 20 seconds OFF
80% and 60% = water solenoid valve 4 seconds ON, 20 seconds OFF
40% and 20% = water solenoid valve 2 seconds ON, 20 seconds OFF
OFF = humidification only in manual mode.
During the modifications, the visualisation of the values in the display is flashing.
To confirm the valu, press the HUMIDITY button
.
After confirming, the HUMIDITY display disappears (HUMIDITY icon
is off) and appears the TIME
display (CLOCK icon
steadily lit in red).
Press the START/STOP button
to start a cooking cycle; it also starts the humidification cycles if the
set values are between 20% and 100% and the actual temperature in the cooking chamber has exceeded
the 90°C value.
HUMIDITY icon
is steadily lit in red only when the humidification is active, it is flashing (0.5on - 0.5off)
to indicate the off time of the solenoid valve.
In the case the „reverse‟ fan/motor rotation is changed the humidification is momentarily interrupted and will
then automatically resume.
MANUAL HUMIDIFICATION DURING COOKING
While cooking, holding down the HUMIDITY button
together with the DECREASE
button allows
you to activate, at any time, the manual humidification for the time the buttons are pressed.
