1. USER INTERFACE

1.1 FUNCTION KEYS

1 ON/OFF Button
A single push allows you to put in ON or OFF the oven.
2 START/STOP Button
With the oven set to ON, a single push starts/ends cooking
3 TIME Button
When the oven is ON, the single push allows you to set a cooking time
4 INCREASE Button
Increases a value on the display
5 DECREASE Button
Decreases a value on the display
6 Humidity Button
Allows you to set various models of humidity or, while cooking, together with the decrease
button, allows you to perform the humidification manually
7 STEPS Button (cooking steps)
In the programmes mode it is possible to set 3 different cooking steps
8 PROGRAMMES Button
With the card in ON it allows you to store a recipe or to recall those already stored

1.2 DISPLAY ICONS

11 TEMPERATURE Icon
The steady red-lit icon indicates the value of the temperature set by the user for cooking
The flashing red indicates the value of the instantaneous temperature inside the cooking
chamber (value measured by the probe)
12 CELSIUS Icon
Indicates that the reading of the temperature is in degrees Celsius. Lit in red.
13 FAHRENHEIT Icon
Indicates that the reading of the temperature is in degrees Fahrenheit. Lit in red.
14 CLOCK Icon
Lit in red, it indicates the TIME display.
