OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

In any state, when the safety key is pulled out, the display shows "E7" and the audible
alarm sounds. When the safety key is reinserted, the panel lights up for 2 seconds and
goes into manual initialization mode (equivalent to a complete reset).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONNECTING
•Connect the power cord to a 20A outlet. Place the switch in the"ON / ON". The screen
will light up and emit a sound.
•Place the safety key in the correct position and connect the belt. The LCD display light
comes on and beeps. The belt enters Normal Mode P0.
•Press the "PROGRAM" key to select the program P0-P36, U01, U02, U03, FAT.
a) "P0" user program. Press the "MODE" key to select the training mode. The user can
select the speed and incline. The standard speed is 1.0 km / h.
Training mode 1: Count. Time, distance, calories. The selection function is complete.
Training mode 2: Time countdown. In the selection, with the time window flashing,
press "+" or "-" to modify the value. The time range varies between 5-99 minutes. The
default is 30 minutes.
Training mode 3: Distance countdown. In the selection, with the distance window
blinking, press "+" or "-" to modify the value. The distance range varies from 1.0-99.0
km. The default is 1.0 km.
Training mode 4: Calorie countdown. In the selection, with the calorie window blinking,
press "+" or "-" to modify the value. The calorie range varies between 20-990 CAL. The
default is 50 CAL.
b) Pre-configured program "P1-P36". Only for Time Countdown mode. In the selection,
with the time window flashing, press "+" or "-" to select. The time range varies between
5-99 minutes. The default is 30 minutes. Press the "MODE" key to return to Defaults.
c) FAT: body fat test. In FAT mode, the treadmill must be stopped.
• Press "START" after configuring the training mode. The screen will count from 5 to 1
and emit 5 beeps. When arriving at 1, the conveyor is activated delicately; increase the
speed manually, and the speed will become smoothly constant.
a) During operation, press the "+", "-" or "SPEED SHORTCUT" keys to adjust the speed you
want.
b) For P1-P36, the speed and incline are divided into segments of 10. Each segment has
the same time. After the selection, the speed will be that of the current segment. When
you move on to the next segment, you will hear 3 warning beeps. When 10 segments
are complete, the engine will shut down and you will hear a long beep.
c) When pressing the "START" key while the belt is in motion, it will stop. Press the
"START" key again. The treadmill will start to move, and the recorded data will be stored.
