OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
USING THE TREADMILL
1- WALK:
a) Select the desired program, or make the adjustments as preferred.
b) Hold the handrail, heart rate sensor or keep your hands free.
c) Start training
d) If the treadmill is in the program, it will stop automatically. If you have done the
training manually simply press the stop button.
