Troubleshooting
When trouble is found, check the following again before contacting your distributor. If none
of these are applicable or the trouble is not solved even after action has been taken, the
product may have failed. Contact your distributor.
Control unit and AC adapter
Problem
The power is not turned
on.

Cause
The AC adapter is not connected.

inserted into the outlet, or there is no
electricity in the outlet.

No problem exists
If the temperature of the battery is less
than 0 °C (32 °F), the battery is not
rechargeable. Charge the battery in a
warm room. (Be careful about
moisture condensation.)
It is normal that the battery becomes
slightly warm right after charging. If
the battery is hot under normal
operating conditions, not right after
charging, there may be an
abnormality. Contact your distributor.
