1 ) Ma ke sure the ma ins volta g e is 2 3 0 V.
2 ) Connect supply ca ble with the suita ble plug to the releva nt sing le-pha se ta p. See section 2 .2 .
3 ) Verify tha t the torch pola rity is neg a tive.
4 ) Check tha t the g a s is Arg on. If it ha s a mobile worksta tion, check tha t the g a s bottle is securely held by the bottle-holder
system. Above a ll check tha t the sa fety cha in is perfectly fa stened.
5 ) Insta ll the pressure-reducing va lve a nd connect g a s hose checking tha t there a re no lea ka g es, throug hout the whole circuit.

5 )
Verify tha t electrodes a re dry. If necessa ry, prehea t electrodes for a t lea st one hour with oven.
