It is advisable to clean the chim ney at least once a

year.
In order to access the chim ney for cleaning purposes,
observe the following instructions:
a) Remove the deflection plate (follow the
instructions described in chapter 6 "cleaning".
b) Once the deflection plate has been removed,
you will be able to access the chimney. Clean the
conduit using a special chim ney brush with a weight
as described in fig. 1.
T hese steps m ust be perform ed whenever the device
has been unused for a long period of time to ensure
no blockage exists before lighting it.
