REPAIR AND CLEANING PROCEDURE / PROCEDIMIENTOS DE REPARACIÓN Y LIMPIEZA

KIT AIR MOTOR PACKING NUT/ JUNTAS EMPAQUETADURA MOTOR DE AIRE

1. Separate the air motor from the pump, follow the steps in page 5.
2. Unscrew the bolts (58) and remove lower flange (56).
3. Remove the upper pin (62) by trapping it through the hole with a
hammer and a pin punch. Unscrew the drive coupling (61) from
packing rod (50) until it is loose.
4. Remove the circlip (59) and pull the air motor packing nut (54).
5. Remove and replace the O-ring (55), slide rings (53) and U-seal (52).
Reassemble in reverse order. Applying a thread locket in screw (58).
NOTE: all these seals are included in the available kit (754921).

1. Separe el motor de los bajos siguiendo los pasos de la página 5.
2. Quite los tornillos (58) y retire la brida inferior (56).
3. Con ayuda de un martillo y un botador extraiga el pasador (62)
alojado en el vástago (50). Desatornille la tuerca divorcio (61) hasta
liberarla totalmente.
4. Extraiga el anillo de retención (59) y empuje el casquillo hasta
liberarlo (54).
5. Retire y sustituya la junta tórica (55), los anillos guía (53) y el
collarín neumático (52). Vuelva a montar el conjunto en sentido
inverso aplicando sellador en las roscas (58) de resistencia media
(Loctite 243).
NOTA: las juntas nuevas necesarias están incluidas en el kit (754921).

1. Place the main pump tube (80) in a vice. Unscrew the inlet body (87).
Do not damage the tube by over tightening the vice.
2. Fasten the priming rod in lower part (89) and unscrew the nyloc nut
(91). Remove the priming valve (90).
3. Remove the disc valve (84). Examine the valve (84), the seat in foot valve (87)
and priming rod (89) for any damage. Replace if it's necessary.
4. Replace the O-rings (83), back-up rings (82) and slide ring (86). Fit a
new O-ring (71) if it´s damaged.
5. Assembly the foot valve following this section, reversing each step.

1. Sitúe el cilindro (80) en un tornillo de banco. Desenrosque la válvula
de entrada (87) del cilindro. No dañe el cilindro con un apriete
excesivo del tornillo de banco.
2. Sujete por la parte inferior la varilla del cebador (89) y desatornille la
tuerca (91). Retire el cebador (90).
3. Extraiga la válvula (84). Examine la válvula (84), el asiento del cuerpo

(87) y la varilla del cebador (89) en busca de daños.
4. Sustituya las juntas tóricas (83), los aros de apoyo (82) y la pista de
deslizamiento (86). Reemplace la junta tórica (71) si es necesario.
5. Ensamble la válvula siguiendo los pasos anteriores, en orden contrario.
