4.2.12- Outlet chute in transport position
When transporting the harvester coupled to the tractor, it is important to place
the machine in the 'rear' position and lower the outlet chute. This procedure
prevents damage and accidents from occurring in the event of contact with
trees, the power grid, etc. To place it in the rear position, see the item 'PLACING
THE HARVESTER IN THE REAR POSITION', to lower the outlet chute, proceed
as follows:
CAUTION!
Do not carry the machine with the chute
lifted. Any contact with the power grid
can result in an electric shock and/or
electrocution accident.
Loosen the jam nut (B) and the tensioner

(C). Remove the counter pin and the pin
(D).
Turn the chute to the front of the machine;

Activate the hydraulic cylinder and lower

the chute completely;
Remove the counter pin and the pin (E)
4.
and release the two tensioning arms (F).
Replace the counter pins (E);
Fit the tensioning arms (F) to the two pins

of the lifting tube (see figure on the side).
Secure the arms (F) with the counter pins
