WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SERVICE

Before contacting the technical service for a repair, please consult the FAQ and
troubleshooting section.
If the problem persists make a detailed note of it and the conditions in which it
takes place. Make a note of the date of manufacture on the technical data plate on
the bottom of the appliance and call the technical service.
The appliance must only be repaired by a qualified technician.
THE MANUFACTURER guarantees the conformity of this product, for a period of
two years for home use and one year for professional use from the date of the
invoice, sales receipt or delivery note (in the case of mail order purchases), which
must clearly indicate the purchased appliance.
This warranty includes both materials and labour and, where applicable, a visit
from a technician from the closest Official Technical Service (except in the case
of products whose size and portability enable them to be taken to the Official
Technical Service by the user).

THE MANUFACTURER may exercise its right to decide to repair or replace
the defective product when the cost of one of the two options is considered
to be disproportionate. If repair or replacement are not possible or advisable,
the consumer may opt for a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase (in
accordance with the provisions of articles 120 et seq. of Royal Decree RD 1/2007,
and article 12 of Law 7/1996).
EXCLUSION CLAUSES
This warranty shall not be applied in the following cases:
• Non-compliance with the instructions contained in this Instruction Manual.
• Improper handling of the appliance by an unauthorised person.
• Lack of cleaning or failure to carry out periodic maintenance.
• Faults or damage due to the chemical or electrochemical effects of water
or through contact with inappropriate substances, beyond the provisions
established in the instruction manual.
• Incidents caused by physical breakage not attributable to a manufacturing defect
(glass, plastic, and accessories).
This warranty does not affect consumers' rights in accordance with the provisions
of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.
