Design features: The Body Armor® Heel Reliever Heel Protector is available in 2 versions: convoluted
or smooth. Both product variants are laminated with a smooth fabric cover to allow the leg to "glide"
without changing the position of the exposed area. The correct fixation of the product on the patient is
achieved with three straps that hold the forefoot and the lower leg in an orthograde position. If the leg
is rotated excessively over the hip joint, the desired position of the leg can be achieved with the posi-
tioning wedge. An extra pad for the calf area and the plantar foot area included in the scope of delivery
enables an individual, pressure redistributing and safe application of the product. The Body Armor®
Heel Reliever Heel Protector can be used on the left or right foot.

Cleaning instructions

Hand wash:
> Use mild detergent and warm water. Allow to dry at room temperature.
Machine wash:
> Close hook and loop straps and wash in the laundry bag (photo G) or pillowcase provided (60°C).
Allow to dry at room temperature.
> Disinfection after washing: With an antiseptic spray
Water, standard cleaning agents and disinfectants can be used for cleaning. The hook and loop strips
should always remain closed during cleaning.

points, disorders of blood circulation etc.) please tell your doctor. Function and optimum protection are
no longer guaranteed if the product is handled incorrectly. This aid assists recovery and should be used
