Errors/faults
1.
No call is triggered and
the under-bed light does
not switch on

possible cause
Bed-Exit box is switched off
Sensor mat cable is not secure
Bed-Exit box is defective
No mains supply (bed with and
without battery); battery is empty
(bed with battery)
Sensor mat is worn/defective
The plug to the nurse call system
is not secure
Time interval is not set correctly
On/off switch on the adapter is
off
For wireless version: the sender is
calibrated to the wrong receiver
Light source defective
Bed-Exit box is defective
The patient is not positioned
correctly in the bed
The sensor mat is not positioned
correctly
The time interval set is too short
Unsuitable mattress (too firm, too
heavy)
Solution
Switch the box on
Plug the cable securely into the
Bed-Exit Box
Contact WiBo service
Plug the network cable into the
socket
Replace sensor mat
Check the plug connections,
otherwise call WiBo service
Check and correct interval
setting
Set the switch to "on"
Delete programming and
recalibrate
Contact WiBo service

Position patients correctly
Correct the position of the sen-
sor mat and secure it in place
