With the exception of the ACCU-FLO Burr Hole Reservoir,
all ACCU-FLO Reservoirs have a reinforced backing.
Each reservoir has been pretested for leaks and is
packaged sterile.
Contraindications
This device is not designed, sold, or intended for use
except as indicated.
Use of this device is contraindicated if scalp or systemic
infection is present.
It is contraindicated in patients receiving anticoagulants
or who are known to have a bleeding diathesis.
PRECAUTIONS
Inspect the sterile package carefully. Do not use if:
• the package or seal appears damaged,
• contents appear damaged, or
• the expiry date has passed.
Aseptic technique is necessary in all phases of the use of
this product.
