DESCRIPTION

Electronically controlled multipurpose bratt pans.
Designed to perform the main types of cooking: braising, boiling, and frying.
DBR..-C versions with automatic basket lifting system.
Gas and electric versions with usable capacities from 110 to 220 litres.
The appliance can only be used for cooking food in industrial kitchens. Any other use is
considered improper use and, therefore, dangerous

MATERIALS

Cooking pan in AISI 304 grade stainless steel
Double-walled lid in AISI 304 grade stainless steel
Outer cover in fine satin AISI 304 grade stainless steel.
Self-supporting frame in AISI 304 grade stainless steel.
Adjustable feet for levelling in AISI 304 grade stainless steel, equipped with removable cover for cleaning
operations.
