Safety Guidelines
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:
NOTE THE FOLLOWING PRECAUTIONS BEFORE ASSEMBLING OR OPERATING THIS MACHINE.
► This exerciser has been tested up to a max. body weight of 100 kg/220 lbs.
► Follow carefully the diff erent steps of the assembly instructions.
► Use only original parts as delivered.
► Before starting the assembly, be sure to check if delivery is complete by using the included parts-list.
► For assembly use only suitable tools and ask for assistance with assembly if necessary.
► Place the exerciser on an even, non-slippery surface. Because of possible corrosion, the usage of any
exerciser in moist areas is not recommended.
► This machine is for indoor home use only. This is a class H (Home) and suitable for domestic use
in private homes where access to the equipment is regulated by the owner (the person who has the
legal responsibility).
► HAVE PLENTY OF CLEARANCE SPACE ON ALL SIDES OF YOUR EQUIPMENT. It is important to
keep children, pets, furniture and other objects out of the way when using your equipment to avoid
unnecessary contact.
► Do not install this product unless you are able to assemble and install it properly. After installing this
product, check to make sure it has been properly installed and can support your full weight before
beginning exercise. Improper or misuse may result in property damage and/or personal injury.
► If your anticipated installation location or use does not meet adequate space, including the minimum
Free Safety Area, the machine should be moved to a fi tting location.
► Before beginning training, remove all objects within a 2-meter radius of the machine.
► The Free Safety Area around the machine shall not be less than 0.6 metres in the direction from which
the equipment is accessed. The free area must also include the area for emergency dismount.
► Check before the fi rst training and after that every month that all connecting elements are tight fi t and
in the correct condition.
► Always wear appropriate workout clothing and shoes when exercising. Workout clothing should be
comfortable and lightweight, and should allow freedom of movement. Wear comfortable athletic shoes
made of good support with non-slip soles, such as running or aerobic shoes.
► Replace defective components immediately and/or keep the equipment out of use until repair.
► For repairs, use only original spare parts.
► In case of repair please ask your dealer for advice.
► Avoid the use of aggressive detergents when cleaning.
► Ensure that training starts only after correct assembly and inspection.
► For all adjustable parts be aware of the maximum positions to which they can be adjusted/tightened
to.
► This exerciser is designed for adults. Ensure that children use the exerciser only under the supervi-
sion of an adult. To prevent injuries, KEEP THIS AND ALL FITNESS EQUIPMENT OUT OF THE
REACH OF CHILDREN. Follow these simple rules:
Keep children out of rooms where you have your exercise equipment.
Store exercise equipment in a room that can be locked.
Know exactly where your children are when you work out.
If you have small children at home, don't wear headphones while you work out.
Talk to your kids about the dangers of exercise equipment.
► This machine may only be used by one person at a time.
► Disabled persons should not use this machine without a qualifi ed person or physician in attendance.
► Ensure that those present are aware of possible hazards, e. g. movable parts during training.
► DO NOT put hands, feet or any foreign objects on or near this equipment when in use by others. Use
caution to not pinch fi ngers or hands in moving parts when setting up or using the equipment.
► Warning: incorrect/excessive training can cause health injuries.
► Please follow the advice for correct training as detailed in training instructions.
► Read all instructions before using the machine.
